This Privacy Policy applies to both Merchants who are customers of Menuchain Inc, as well as to their customers, therefore, “You” as used here applies to either. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to information gathered through this web site and, where applicable, through your personal interaction with the merchants using the Menuchain platform and through the Customer Service Department in connection with this web site. This Privacy Policy does not necessarily reflect our practices with respect to information gathered through other web sites that we operate or through off-line means.


This Privacy Policy addresses the use of your information by Menuchain. Menuchain requires its merchants to familiarize themselves with this policy and adhere to its terms; however, the responsibility for use of your information for purposes other than those described here lies with the merchants and not Menuchain.


What Information About Me Is Collected and Stored?


We collect and store information that you provide on or through the web site, your integrated Point of Sale, or information you provide to our Customer Service Department in connection with your access and use of the Menuchain service. Though you may use portions of this web site without providing any Personal Information, in order to take advantage of the full capabilities of this web site, you will be required to provide certain Personal Information. For example, you may have to provide Personal Information in order to opt in to our customer database on or through this web site. We may request, collect and store some or all of the following types of Personal Information: name, mailing address, email address, telephone number. Information about your device or computer, including IP address,  geolocation, browser type, browser version, device type, operating system, when using Menuchain's web site or point of sale application.


If you provide Personal Information to us, including Personal Information about individuals other than yourself, you represent and warrant: (i) you have the authority to provide that Personal Information and to grant us the right to use that Personal Information consistently with this Privacy Policy, (ii) you have provided that Personal Information voluntarily, and (iii) you consent to the use of that Personal Information in the manner indicated by this Privacy Policy.

You can contact us with your request as set forth below under “How Can I Contact You Regarding This Privacy Policy?” You also can click on an “unsubscribe” hyperlink contained in promotional emails we send you.


Certain web browsers may provide an option by which you may have the browser inform web sites or internet services you visit that you do not wish to have personally identifiable information about your activities tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers across time and across third-party Internet web sites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Your information used to optimize Menuchain's services by understanding the user's behaviour and how to they use the service.

Menuchain respects your privacy and does not distribute, sell or otherwise share your Personally Identifiable Information.


How can Customer Information be shared?


We may share Personal Information you provide to us with a third party if we are required by law to disclose that Personal Information. For example, we may be required to disclose Personal Information to respond to a subpoena, court order or other legal process.
